Do I have ownership of my pictures?

For every package and session, I make sure to give all my clients printing rights. You will get your edited prints sent to you through a digital gallery and can get them printed wherever you desire. I recommend using a highly rated website to do so.

I also own these photos, so by allowing me to take them you are also allowing me to use them. Just because you now "own" these pictures, that does not mean you can re-edit them. Re-editing my work can alter the original vision and style that I intended. I have my own editing style that makes my work unique. Think of me like an artist and my pictures are my artwork.

Do you choose the location?

You are more than welcome to choose! I will have plenty of location ideas but if you have something in mind that great as well. I love seeking out new scenery.

If the location is 25 miles from my hometown (Becker, MN) then the cost of the session will be an extra $.60 per mile unless agreed upon differently.

When do I pay?

I require a 20% non-refundable deposit. The rest is paid on the day of the session. If you happen to cancel the session, you will not get the 20% refund back. Although, if something comes up, I would be happy to reschedule.
